Ceremonial Rebozo Wrap

The rebozo wrap is an ancient ceremonial practice — a sacred cocooning that honors transitions, integration, and rebirth. Wrapped in woven cloth from head to toe, the body is gently held, supported, and contained — allowing the nervous system to soften and the spirit to rest.

During this 30–45 minute ceremony, your body is lovingingly wrapped in Rebozo scarves, being held in safety as if you entering the womb again and swaddled with feminine touch.

Rhythmic sound, breath, and subtle touch may be woven in to support release and recalibration. As the external world falls away, you are invited into a deep inward journey — a meditation within the womb of yourself.

The rebozo becomes a vessel, an extension of the earth’s embrace, allowing you to feel held, witnessed, and restored.
As your energy realigns, the body begins to remember its own wholeness.

Gently entering a deep state of rest, stillness, a space for your nervous system to soften.

A journey of remembrance, activation, and ancestral connection.

This sacred attunement is an initiation into the healing current of divine mother — the universal life force energy that flows through all things. Through this ceremony you may deepen your connection to your body, lineage, spirit, and womb.

As we move through the attunement, we will also honor your ancestral lineages — inviting in the wisdom, strength, and healing of those who walked before you. This connection to ancestry serves as both grounding and guidance, reminding you that you are never alone on your path.

The ceremony concludes with a slow unwrapping, symbolizing emergence and renewal — a gentle return to life, integrated and reborn.

This sacred closing ritual honors endings, beginnings, and the space between — the fertile stillness where transformation takes root.

Womb Hara Ceremony

Womb + Hara Ceremony is an intimate journey of reconnection — a tending to the creative center that lives within every woman. Through touch, breath, and guided awareness, we soften the belly, honor the womb, and awaken the hara — the deep seat of life force and intuition.

This is a ceremony of remembrance — a dialogue between you and your body’s innate wisdom. Within this sacred container, we invite what has been held in tension, fear, or disconnection to soften into flow once more.

Drawing from ancient temple lineages, this practice honors the body as a living altar — a gateway to awakening feminine consciousness. The ceremony unfolds through grounding, prayerful intention, intuitive bodywork, and somatic unwinding. We journey through the elemental layers of the body — earth, water, fire, air — clearing stagnation and awakening warmth, vitality, and creative current.

This massages is rooted in ancient arts created by the Institute of the Feminine Arts:

These deeply and nourishing techniques are based on both western and eastern philosophies, to include;

  • Ancient Chinese Chi Nei Tsang abdominal/Hara massage

  • Shamanic Womb connection

  • Focused on low back, sacral womb space, reproductive organs, large & small intestines, bladder, upper abdomen, and more

  • Painlessly guide all muscles and tissues back into their proper position, restoring biological structure and function

  • Moxa warming ritual over the womb/hara to invite heat, vitality, and circulation

As the energy begins to circulate, the womb and hara are re-woven into harmony — balancing the feminine and masculine forces within. The body remembers its natural rhythm. The nervous system finds safety. The heart opens to receive the pulse of life that has always been present.

Each session closes with a gentle rebozo wrap, cocooning you in stillness and integration — a ritual of containment and rebirth. You are held in the quiet remembering that your body is the temple, your breath the prayer, and your womb the gateway through which creation itself flows.

This ceremony supports grounding, emotional release, creative awakening, and reconnection to the feminine blueprint within.
